Home / Getting to Know Us / Bonita Springs Charter School Named Leader in Me Lighthouse School

Bonita Springs Charter School has been named as a Leader in Me Lighthouse School by Franklin Covey Co. This recognition – which has been given to only 263 other schools in the entire United States – comes because the school has achieved outstanding results in school and student outcomes by implementing The Leader in Me process. It is also because of the extraordinary impact the school is having on staff, students, parents, and the greater community. Bonita Springs Charter is now one of only three Lighthouse Schools in Lee County, Florida.

The event was attended by Bonita Springs Mayor Peter Simmons, Collier County State Representative Bob Rommel, CSUSA President and CEO Jon Hage, Lee County law enforcement and first responders and the entire Bonita Springs Charter School family. Congrats to our Bonita Springs Gators!
