Clubs & Activities
Wiffle Ball Club
Rules of Wiffle Ball and Sportsmanship. We will play outdoors.
Animal Friends
Students will learn about animals (habitats, physical description, foods they eat, compare and contract different animals) Students will be able to discuss and learn about their favorite animals.
Schoolyard Habitat
Students will be gain heighten environmental awareness and develop more positive environmental attitudes by exploring and experiencing our own surroundings.
Rhyme Time
Students will be introduced to and continue to work in rhyming and end sounds through stories, arts, crafts and fun activities.
Chess Club
Students will learn how to play chess and be able to play against other students
Jazz Ensemble
Students will explore the language of Jazz music in the form of a Jazz ensemble. At least one year prior experience in wind section. Guitar, bass and piano players are encouraged.
Cheer/Dance
Students will learn new cheer/dance routines.

Make and take arts and crafts
Homework Club
Students will use this time to get assistance with their homework
Beginning Cross Stitch
Basics of cross stitch, sewing and designing patterns, Students will make at least on project to take home and returning students will make a slightly more complex project to take home.
Lego Creator Club
Students will build on the "success" of last Fall's club. New kits will be purchased.
Computer Club
Students will participate in computer time and use computers to complete homework and/or get ahead.
Snipper Critters
Students will participate in craft/art activities to stimulate language in a creative way.
Scrapbooking
Students will learn how to scrapbook. Each will receive their own scrapbook; students will need to provide the theme of pictures. Supplies will be provided; however some students may want to bring their own supplies.
Math Club
Students will participate in activities and games to reinforce math standards being taught I the classroom. Hands-on experience that is guaranteed to be FUN.
Book and Cook
Students will bring reading and food together! Each week the club will read and discuss a new book. After discussion, the club will work together to cook up a fun recipe just as the character in the book. NEED TO KNOW FOOD ALLERGIES!
Square Foot Gardening
Square foot gardening is a way to grow more in less space. Students will plan, mix soil, grow, and harvest. Based on All New Square Foot Gardening by Mel Bartholomew.
Before & After Care
The philosophy of the BSCS Before/After Care program is to provide an extension of the excellence in education standard of Bonita Springs Charter School. We will provide a safe, caring, and fun learning environment while encouraging your child's social, physical, and academic development.
All parents must enroll their child in the Before/After Care program prior to the child attending the program. There is a $15 registration fee that is due at the time of registration. You may enroll in the Before Care program, After Care program, or both. Walk-ins are accepted on an emergency basis and parents will be charged the daily rate.
The Before Care program operates from 7:00-8:00am and the After Care program operates from 3:00-6:00PM, during regular school days. We do not offer care during school in service /teacher days and school vacation weeks.
